Came to get some stitches removed was charged $83 for a 90 second appointment + fee for stitches to be removed. Did not get a medical certificate and when I called back to ask for one at midday reception line was cut off twice which lead me to call in the afternoon just to be told that there is no possible way of getting a medical certificate unless I paid another $83 to speak with another doctor. Do not recommend coming here as prices are unreasonable and so was reception.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this clinic. Ten days ago, I booked an appointment with dr Mahasti Taheri for today. I took two hours of leave from work to attend the appointment, only to be told by the receptionist upon arrival that the doctor could not see me. There was no explanation provided, and when I expressed my frustration about wasting my time and leave, the receptionist rudely dismissed my concerns and told me I had no right to be angry.
Instead of offering a sincere apology or
a reasonable solution, I was casually told to see another doctor. This lack of respect for patients’ time and feelings is unacceptable. It was a frustrating and upsetting experience, and I left without seeing any doctor.

They have no respect for your time. Every time I booked an appointment with a doctor there, I had to wait a minimum of 1 hour to see the doctor. Today, after waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes, I decided to leave the place. Also, the receptionists are not nice at all when they see you disappointed. They've put a "Zero Tolerance" paper on the counter, and they give you no rights.

I have never experienced a consult with a more uneducated doctor. I took my daughter here as she was feeling unwell. Long story short, the doctor straight out said to my daughter (18yrs old) "oh you could not have a mental health diagnosis , your too young", "your life could not have any struggles in it that would cause mental health struggles". I was furious, in this day and age we expect that doctors are more educated on the topic of mental health! I am disgusted!

Deserves all the bad reviews. Literally waited for 1 hour in an empty clinic. People do surgery on one hour. Be away from
The Chinese one trying to make you pay money for your diagnosed disease to be diagnosed again to prescribe your medicine. And the receptionist is so far away from customer service, very rude. Almost will make you apologise for waiting for one hour for your appointment that w as scheduled an hour earlier.

This place is absolutely shocking, costumer service is dismal, the receptionists are beyond rude. Every time I talk to someone there I am almost brought to tears due to their inability to provide customer care. Recently I booked for my baby to be seen by a dr, only to be told they couldn't see his nam on the system so we were turned away. Proceed with caution and only go if you have exhausted all your options. Like, all of them. If I could give zero stars, I would.
