So extremely disappointed in my last two visits that I will not be returning. This has been my local GP for almost 4 years but I will now be moving on.

The first visit that disappointed me earlier this year is when I saw Dr. Daad Kafi to ask for a private midwifery referral for my pregnancy care. She advised this did not align with her beliefs, and refused to sign the referral. As a patient I should be able to chose how I would like to be cared for during my pregnancy with the support of my GP. So that was really disheartening as she had been my preferred GP in the clinic for years prior.

The second visit I had was with Dr. Farouq Salman which was to ask for a script and referral to get an iron infusion done at a clinic my midwife recommended to me. He saw my blood work results and agreed I needed one, but again, once he realised I had a private midwife he quickly turned down my request. He advised earlier on in the appointment that they could do the infusion there, which I didn’t realise and said I don’t mind where I get it done, I just need it organised. But once he understood my pregnancy care he was not on board for that option either.

The lack of support in care is absolutely terrible. I will no longer recommend the clinic to anyone.

To add though, the receptionists have always been lovely so please keep that up.

Always welcoming and lovely when we go there. Greeted professionally. Amazing doctors never had any issues going there love this medical centre. Highly recommend!

There should be a zero rating. 1 star is to generous. Incompetent Doctor time and time again. Have been going there for years, but NO MORE. When a doctor can't do a simple task. l have given up. If you don't value your health, by all means give him a go.

They do their very best to accommodate bookings no matter how short the notice. But most importantly have quality doctors. With a very special shout out to Dr Bernadette who as a parent watching her interact with my child just blew my mind. She has an encyclopaedia of knowledge and a personal touch that not only puts kids at ease but gets the job done with the minimum of distress. Can't talk highly enough of this centre.

Had an appointment here late on a Saturday. Ended up being seen about 5 mins before close.

Receptionist was lovely. Very helpful and friendly.

Doctor obviously had somewhere else to be. Rude. No bedside manner to a scared and ill 4 year old.

Then capped off - he missed an ear infection diagnosis and we ended up with a very sick child the next day.

i recently came here for the first time the other week and dr bernadette hunt was absolutely amazing highly recommended going to her, but when i called to book another appointment to get some tests back i was given a male doctor as dr Bernadette is away, it was a phone conversation and he was so arrogant i cannot believe that is how he spoke to people he talks very quietly and i could barely hear him, i called back to find out something that wasn’t clearly discussed with me and i was confused, he was passive aggressive with me for asking him to clarify something then became very arrogant i unfortunately do not remember his name but i also had a friend who heard the conversation and was also is disbelieve this is how a doctor spoke to a young girl. In no way am i disrespecting the clinic they all seem very lovely but that one male doctor i hope i never have to deal with again.

Lovely Drs and lovely staff.
Have had the same Dr for a long time so its a breeze during apointments due to them knowing my health very well.

Dr Daad Kafi,
Is the most caring dr we’ve had in a long time.
A lot of drs in the past have refused to let me go in with husband ( who is deaf and has a cochlear implant to help him hear at all. ).
So it’s been hard with him coming out not knowing what was said.
Just a pity there aren’t more drs in the group.
An update is they have quite a few drs on board now another lady dr is dr Bernadette Hunt.
And quite few male drs work a few days a week.
So please if you need a great clinic give this a go.
