I was seeing one of the doctors who was more interested in taking me off medication for reasons only known to him. When I presented with a lump he asked me if I wanted him to have a look and was there was nothing there. I went back for an X/ray form as it had grown but was told I had an appointment next week! I pointed out that they had walk ins welcome but to no avail. I was finally given an earlier appointment went for x/ray. By this stage I had gone to another practice for advice. They texted me 3 times the following week to come and get the results. Absolutely something there and not sure it can be treated!
The first doctor I saw there didn’t like the fact I knew my body, the second told me I had been in his surgery 27 minutes! And …..well we’ve just been talking about the third.
I found the receptionist pleasant as were the the nurses.

The doctor I see is great but reception staff are so unwelcoming and treat you like it's a massive inconvenience you are there. I made a phone appointment and when it was 15mins past I called only be told, oh we had you as a no show so yo can't come back anymore unless you Give us $50. Asked to speak or have a manager call about it but got nothing. I did not make a face to face appointment, I had made an over the phone appointment since I was at work

0 stars. My mum has struggled with nerve pain for over a year since having a stroke and the doctors (2 of them) don't want to listen to her. I had her crying on the phone to me as the doctor was then being a smart ass and refusing her scripts of blood pressure medication and thyriod medication. Really it's not good enough.

I was given an invoice with no MBS number. I am unable to claim from Medicare due to this. $120 for a regular consult, under 20 minutes. Receptionists have refused to provide an invoice with a MBS number, they instead have said to just use item number 23. Medicare has said that I am going to need to take it further. it's just bizarre that they refuse to provide the MBS number on the invoice, can't even think of why they wouldn't want to, when they are willing to verbally tell you a number.

Dr Yemi, the best: sound advice, listens, runs on time and always advocates for his patients. He's exactly what you hope a doctor would be.

Dr Punya, the worst: doesn't listen, argues and believes she knows best before she even knows the full story. A very prejudiced doctor, sadly.

Between Yemi and Punya, there are other good doctors at this clinic (John, Luke and Sam- with Sam, be prepared that he never runs on time; he is verbose in his approach, but passionate).

I have been attending here for years and have even switched doctors to see if the doctor had better beside manner , but I'm continually left feelings so awful no help with my physical issues and told it's all depression and I know it's not , they don't ask questions to investigate what might be going on , they just try to get you in and out as fast as possible , often are running late but of patient is later we are charged $ , when I went about my headaches and explained my previous abusive relationship the doctor referenced to professional boxers get head knocks all the time and nothing was followed up , I have recently had an MRI and was informed I have scar tissue on the brain , and this is only one of the issues they don't seem to listen to me on , I know my body best but these doctors make me feel like I am either not important or making it all up

I have visited this practise many times. Each time I am greeted by a kind, smiley receptionist who goes above and beyond to be accommodating. Highly recommend all of the doctors and nursing staff who make each visit easy and stress free.

Tried to book a new appointment online, automated system refused booking as I was a new patient. So fine.

Apparently the appointment that couldn’t be booked, was made.

Went in person to register as new patient and was told I owed a ‘No Show’ fee for the appointment the automated system wouldn’t let me make?
Questioned it, practice manager said I wasn’t allowed to book unless I paid the $50 ‘No Show’ fee, when the automated system wouldn’t let me make an appointment in the first place . Make it make sense.

We all love money, but trying to scam people seeking medical help is next level.
