My Husband had a vesectomy, no issues with the surgery itself. However the reception staff and management can definately improve. He did not recieve a confirmation email with location, cost, what to expect etc, despite requesting one. When he had the telehealth consultation, the Dr had no idea that my Husband was booked in the next day - neither did the reception staff, despite us booking weeks earlier. My Husband was told his Medicare rebate would take 72 hours to go back into our account. This did not happen so I phoned reception who stated it is not 72hrs, it is a week. Over a week passed, still no money, so I phoned Medicare (1+ hr on hold) who declared the clinic had not processed it. Another phone call to the clinic, who insisted they had. I requested for them to reverse it and process it again, and asked for the Manager to phone me back. I requested this twice. 3 days later, still no call from the Practice Manager and still no refund....

Didn't really know what to expect seeing as I have been fortunate enough not to have had any procedures in the past.
It was all a bit of a non event by the end of it, worst bit about the whole procedure is getting the injection in the bean bag which really isn't that bad if you have an ounce of man in you in yhe first place.
Once the anaesthetic has worn off it feels like you have been kicked in the jatz crackers and it doesn't go away quickly however just keep ice on the jewels every hour on rotation and the next morning I woke up good as gold then just took it easy throught the day.
All in all Dr Sacco did a great job, simple, straight forward procedure and from my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else looking to get the chop.

Dr. Sacco was brilliant. Went there recently for a vasectomy and the whole process was easy, relaxed, professional and most importantly pain free. Dr. Sacco's easygoing and relaxed manner was great and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very chilled and relaxed which helps with any apprehension you may have. The thought of the op is way worse than the reality. Great job, even got to pick the music I wanted to have the procedure to.
