Been coming to this practice for 10 plus years now. Love my Dr Chathu always following up on our family and making sure we are keeping up with different check ups. Receptionist are always helpful also.

I am a regular customer. I always see the first available doctor but one day the doctor said to me is what doctor you see The most is your doctor so I was thinking how is doctor get to choose who they wanna see i’m not happy with this because it do not give you much choices when it comes to when you are sick

The receptionist was super rude and yelling at customers over the phone so uncalled for.
But the doctor was an absolute sweetheart and the only reason I will keep going back

For a phone consultation, called my number instead of the patient (my son) number despite us informing reception and updating son’s profile the day before . When trying to call back, call rejected as “out of surgery hours”, despite being clearly within opening hours. What else to say?
