I have been registered with Newcastle Medical Centres for the past two years, and it is by far the best GP in this area. I have consistently had fantastic experiences. The online appointment booking system is incredibly convenient, allowing me to easily select a time that suits me without any hassle. I receive confirmation right away, which saves so much time compared to the traditional method of calling.

The doctors at the centre are extremely professional and attentive. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and provide clear, detailed advice. I never feel rushed during consultations, and they ensure I fully understand my treatment options.

The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-organized. The staff are friendly and efficient, making the whole process—from check-in to the consultation—seamless.

Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Newcastle Medical Centres and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-quality care, especially with the added convenience of their easy online appointment booking system!

I have been visiting this clinic for several years now, and throughout this time, I have experienced nothing but respect and kindness. However, there was an incident a few years ago where I had hoped for more comprehensive support during that challenging period. Nevertheless, I have always had the privilege of meeting excellent and professional doctors, both international and British. This clinic is home to some of the kindest doctors and nurses I have ever encountered. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of you and wish you continued health and success. You are true heroes in our community. Words cannot express my appreciation for your tireless dedication, but I want you to know that I hold all of you in the highest regard. My daughter is at uni (first year) and has been feeling awful. She had registered with the surgery in October. She called this morning, and 30 minutes later she was seen by a GP and then immediately collected the medication she needed from Boots pharmacy. Thank you to Newcastle Medical centre, this is the most efficient GP service I've heard of in years! (Very reassuring for a parent many hours away!)

Do not register here. Its the worst GP. No proper appointment management, staff is rude and a bit racial which i felt personally very low. They dont even ask you what’s the issue, just gives a test blood test or a urine test and ask you to wait for results for 7-14 days and thats it. They won’t even arrange next appointment for asking whats the issue. Only medication they know is paracetamol and ibuprofen for every issue.

I have had many experiences with this surgery over the last few years. I have had a mostly positive experience and was so surprised when I first came here as I believed all GP surgery’s were awful, this one isn’t. They answer the phone, they send referrals when they say they will and they actually follow up when they say they will. Both the admin and the medical staff have been great. I have to come here every few months for treatment and every member of staff has made me feel so welcome. I am honestly scared that one day I will move away and have to change GP’s.

I have had 2 experiences with the surgery so far. Appointment booking was quick and simple, although I’m sure this is a very busy surgery. They have been very kind, I felt attended to and I didn’t feel rushed. Thank you to all staff and receptionists who I have had pleasant experiences with.

Had many horrible experiences here, rude and insensitive staff who have left me feeling more anxious and worse off then when I came in. Rarely had an empathetic doctor/member of staff dealing with my issues. 7 different doctors misdiagnosed me and I ended up going to my home GP who got my diagnosed and treated straight away. Would not recommend.

I would leave a lower review if possible, most unorganised practice I've attended yet with the rudest most unhelpful staff. If it's possible for you to use a different gp practice I would strongly advise doing this. They have under qualified staff giving out incorrect medical advice which is completley appalling not to a complex level either.
