Doctor Florence is very caring and full attention to patient. She do referral as and when needed and always follow up. Both my kids are also been taking care by her and she is very kind and helpful doctor. Also her husband in reception is very helping whenever that we need to see doctor, he arrange the schedule even doctor is busy & tight in lots of appointments. Deeply appreciate and love both of them as both are very kind, very care, understanding and good heart.

When they first opened took anyone. In about 3
years on they picked there patients. Would not see 6 different males that I know including my son that have all been there before. Excuse was he hasn't been here for 2 years. That is not right what you have to be sick yearly do you. What male in between 20 and 50 see doctors often. All he wanted was injection to go overseas. Her husband the receptionist was so rude. Terrible service. Very DISAPPOINTED have not been there for years.

She is my GP since 10 years and I am happy to say that she is such a great and lovely doctor who are excellent with diagnosing, also following up with up to date medical conditions. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called to make an appt as I have just moved from interstate, so I need a new doctor and the rude male answered the phone with "hello" and I asked if this was the medical centre and he replies with "yes" and I explain I haven't seen their doctor before and before I can finish or even ask for a particular day available, he cuts me off and says "she's booked out". I ask when is she booked out? and he says "she's going on holidays!".
Umm what the hell? Why not just say, the doctor is unavailable from this date to this date. What a rude business. I wouldn't trust their medical expertise after the fact they can't even get the basics of customer service right!!

I just rang up for an appointment because I am new to the neighborhood.. I was asked by the reception which is a bloke.. if I was a patient there.. I said no . I am new to the suburb... then he said .. "no she is not taking any patient today." What kind of medical business does not want new clients do they not teach you business in medical school..Idiots!!
