The staff have gone above and beyond to welcome Jeff with open arms and have all been wonderful and caring for him that has helped me so much. The "owner" states "...inclusion disability services..." their website states "We can support you to overcome isolation, reduce loneliness, build confidence, develop relationships, participate in activities, and connect with family, friends, community and employment."

I am high functioning autistic and meet someone in my community a single mother with a 9 year old who was isolated alone and needing help. I myself am isolated misunderstood and connected with mother and child who has this service DAILY and when i am there the workers wait outside so thats condusive how. They use younger men and women that don't have children are from countries like Kenya, India, Gana, Nepal and they put at times TWO MEN IN THIS MOTHER'S HOME. They sit and do nothing to educate this little boy but they buy him sweets and teach him bad habits. These workers also threaten him with police action when he's bad and yet reeard him by letting him sweets and his way. I also heard one LADY tell this boy "YOU ARE NOT NICE AND I DO NOT WANT TO BE HERE"
GREAT THEY PASS BACKGROUND CHECKS AND HAVE AN EDUCATION BUT THEY CLEARLY HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH CHILDREN ESPECIALLY CHILDREN WITH TRUST AND FEAR ISSUES.
I Myself understand all too well constantly being judged and discriminated against like this company did.
Within days of seeing a change for THE GOOD IN THIS 9 YEAR OLD one worker calls in A FALSE REPORT ON ME. They further refuse to allow me to be in this isolated defeated mother's house while workers are there. The workers are there from 10 I think to at least 730pm.
There is no CONSISTENCY IN THE 9 YEAR OLDS DISCIPLINE BECAUSE HEAVEN FORBID IN THIS DAY AND AGE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO RAISE A CHILD TO BE RESPECTFUL AND THAT ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR LEARNED BY THE LIKES OF DCJ DOE AND NEW HORIZONS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. ISN'T A CHILD 9 YEARS OF AGE SUPPOSED TO BE SCARED IF YOU BEHAVE IN A MANNER THAT IS INCORRECT AND NOT ALLOWED BY PARENTS TO DO TO THEIR CHILD?
I AM SORRY THIS COMPANY AND ALL ITS WRITTEN FLUFF IT STANDS FOR IS WHATS IN THE MEDIA ABOUT NDIS PROVIDERS, THEY WANT MONEY AND FURTHER ISOLATION IN OUR COMMUNITY BECAUSE I AM TRYING TO BREAK MY ISOLATION WITH THIS MOTHER AND CHILD BECAUSE WE NEED TO BUILD A COMMUNITY TO SUPPORT NOT TO ASSUME THE WORSE OF EVERYONE!
THIS COMPANY NEEDS THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT TO CALL A ROYAL COMMISSION ASAP

Feel sorry for the poor folk that work and have to deal with New Horizons services, and work there for far below minimum wage. That may struggle with making comments, giving feedback and being listened to by new horizons and other similar services through the Australian mental health system.

To visit, excellent car parking facilities. Helpful staff from the phone to those at the 'coal face'.
I came across a number if their 'support workers' (those at the 'coal face or 'sharp end'). All were obviously very professional, and seemed 'wired' to help in every possible way. Despite the lowly sounding title, and I can only assume lowly salary), I found most had completed, or were completing relevamt UNIVERSITY Batchelor's ot Masters degrees.
One gentleman TRULY impressed me: Mr. Joseph Kokotovic. Certainty has qualifications exceeding this work, but certainly demonstrated unusual (wonderful) passion for his work and acheiving results oriented results for his clientele. I saw examples where he clearly went above and beyond any possible 'call of duty'.
It's a shame Google only have 5 stars. That one support worker alone, as mentioned above, should get 7.
