My experience with New Horizons health was excellent. Visiting from New Zealand I had to get sutures removed per instructions from my surgeon in Auckland. When I phoned the receptionist to enquire as to how I could achieve this she was most helpful and got me an appointment for the next day.
The medical centre itself was beautiful with a tricking fountain and soothing music, very Zen and tropical, I was most impressed!!!
Nurse Tim removed the sutures with great care and and explained future care of the scar.
For this wonderful service from beginning to end I was only charged $25.

Felt like walking into a Day Spa.. In a beautiful tropical setting. Even though I had never been before, they were able to fit me in with a few days notice to administer my 6 monthly injection..

Visiting from interstate. Needed to see a doctor asap … tried 4 other clinics with no luck. This practice saw me as a walk in without an appointment. Friendly reception staff willing to help & I saw the Dr quite quickly & the Nurse Practitioner who was very caring & efficient. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you.

Always an outstanding experience at New Horizons! The staff are welcoming, and I was seen on time. Dr. Ron was attentive, thorough, and explained everything clearly. The clinic is clean and offers a wide range of services.

The doctors & their amazing nurse at New Horizons are sensational. They have cared for myself & my family since my son was a toddler. He is now 20yrs old. The caring & personal approach is almost unheard of in today's times. I can't thank you all enough.

Finally, a doctor who listens to his patient and understands their progress and doesn't judge or intimidate them!
I fear going to the doctors with my chronic health conditions and seeing a GP for the first visit, generally ends the same way of a lectur and me being made to feel bad for being on the medications I am prescribed by specialists I have seen for nealry 30 years..... I actually left with a smile and was at ease after seeing Dr Ron for the first time. When my partner picked me up, he was relieved and amazed to see me in such high spirits!!!
Dr Ron listens, is caring, knowledgeable in many aspects and opts for a holistic approach to personalised health care which I was in awe of. Having a physician who believes in eastern/ alternative medicine, along working with Western medicine to provide the optimal results for each patient is such a valuable tool in every person's health journey.
I can feel positive about my health care now and am so grateful to have found him. Thank you Dr Ron, truly for seeing me as a person, and not just a statistic of the medications I take to assist controlling my chronic illnesses.
