I’ve been coming here since 2018, always had a great massage, especially with Lucy, but Lucy has left now and last couple of massages has left me wanting. Just no one there the same as Lucy, caring like her. I hope I find someone soon as my back is in a lot of pain. No one seems to know how to massage properly, finally found a good one, Julie is as good as Lucy, very happy now.

I went there for the first time today. Amazing service from the time you step through the door and till you leave. Lucy was amazing. She was happy always smiling. She understands what your body needs. She is 100% recommended. I will definitely be coming back.

I regularly see Lucy and she's amazing. Friendly, bubbly, lovely and always smiling and happy. Best service I've ever had anywhere. Massage skills are excellent and you'll definitely want to come back again.

I am really satisfied when I come here to relax and massage. Masseur Lucywith professional massage, dedicated and friendly smile…Lucy has melted away the fatigue of my neck and shoulder pain. The music is pleasant. I’m really excited. Thank you Lucy.

I returned to New Focus to treat my neck and shoulder pain with Lucy after a period of remission, but Lucy no longer works here. The owner recommended me another masseuse. Tried it. I won’t be back. The massage wasn’t good, not professional at all, and she try to ask for More Money in return for the woman going topless. This is not the place for a proper massage.

Thanks my friend who offered me to here and I tried massage 1 hour in this clinic yesterday. It’s amazing, I felt fresher and much better after that. Nice staff, good massage and clean. Now I have place where i can get relax after hard working and stress.

I always come to see Lucy for the best massage, however last week my body was aching all over, Lucy recognises that a flu is coming so she recommends me to cupping, that’s was the best recommendation ever, the aching sand soreness was gone, and that helped me a lot with the recovery of the flu.
