Fantastic first experience at this Medical Centre to get Travel Vaccines. Dr Ben Jarvis was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly explained all the options and risks of the regions I was travelling to. I didn't feel any pressure when deciding the vaccines to go with. Further to that, the Nurses administrating the vaccines were very friendly and comforting and made for a very positive experience.
I'd strongly recommend this Centre for Travel Vaccines

I used to go to this medical centre about 10 years ago or more. They used to bulk bill then and I'm not sure whether they bulk bill now.
My experience with Dr Bransgrove was not good. I remember she told me that the cause of my neck pain was due to being overweight and that I should do some push ups and sit ups.
I then saw a much better doctor at the centre called Dr Russell who I think is retired now and he ordered scans which showed I had severe spinal stenosis and he worked with me to manage my condition.
Besides Bransgrove, I had an overall good experience at this medical centre.

Terrible. Went for a basic script first thing, was offered to see an alternative doctor when mine would not provide and then made to wait an hour to see the doctor before being told there were no appointments left for the day. With two small children in tow. Would not recommend to anyone seeking compassionate care.

The Neutral Bay Medical Centre has repeatedly exceeded my expectations. Being a long time resident of the Northern Beaches, and using this as my "go to" Medical Centre, I am always impressed by the quality of service and friendly staff:
1) The receptionists are always friendly, quick to assist upon arrival and when leaving the centre (if you are phoning they are also quick to answer your call and there are no long wait times). They provide good transparency around the fees billed and ensure your Medicare rebate is received as soon as possible
2) Doctors: My go to is Doctor Ben Jervis. I consider myself lucky to have found him, he has one of the (if not the) best bed side manners I have ever experienced, he understands my individual needs and go's above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He also explains in layman terms the rationale for his diagnoses and treatment plans. I find this to be extremely helpful as it removes uncertainty. He is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful and I trust and value his opinions, diagnoses and treatment plans
3) Treatment room: After crashing my bike, I had to repeatedly have my wounds redressed to avoid infection. I also had other more extensive procedures performed in the treatment room (unrelated to the bike crash). The nursing staff also have warm and caring bedside manners and always made me feel welcome. More importantly, they are extremely professional and I always observe how diligent they are in ensuring they perform their procedures with highest level of care and skill. I was also able to observe that they have worked together over a period of time and they make a great team which also greatly improves the atmosphere and overall patient experience.

Took my son to Dr Ben Jarvis for a second opinion after a bout of illness, Dr Jarvis was efficient, good with kids, and correctly diagnosed (confirmed by test results) and prescribed medication and my son recovered in the time forecast. We also received a follow up call checking on his progress. Highly recommend the Dr and the centre

I have been going there for many years. My regular doctor is Dr Kharwadkar. I have always been very happy with her level of care, she is thorough, a good diagnostician, and always provide great advice. Even though it’s always busy when I go, I never feel rushed. I have also seen other doctors there. It’s a bit of hit and miss with others but I’ve also been happy with Dr Velickovski. Also the nurses are great. Always been super happy with them. I went there recently for my baby and they were so nice and helpful.
Reception which used to be a let down, has improved significantly these last couple years. I can’t fault them.
