I never leave reviews but I couldn't resist after such a fabulous experience with Dave from the Admin team. After countless hours of research and confusion that had me chasing my tail, Dave actively listened to my all of my questions/concerns and collaborated with me for OVER 30 MINS until I completely understood all of my previous queries and could make an informed decision. If he's not already studying in the therapeutic field, he should! The person-centred care that he delivered today lifted a huuuge weight off my chest and absolutely made my day. Can't thank him enough. This guy needs a raise!

The cost of the quarterly telehealth assessment which is required to renew my prescription were not communicated at all; Neurocare forgot to charge me initially then phoned me over a month later to ask for my card details. Noticed today that they took $450 from my account for a sub-30 minute consultation. Outrageously expensive.

Edit: I noticed your response below - I can't respond to it directly so I will reply here.

My appointment was on 15/6. I received an invoice TWO WEEKS later on 30/6. At no point was I informed verbally of the costs before my appointment.

Additionally I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED a complete set of invoices by email for my previous sessions and was verbally told by your receptionist that "it is impossible right now due to technical problems" and that when they are fixed I would receive them. Well that has never happened.

I have been in and out of the Mental Health care industry for over 15 years now. I have received many treatments for depression and mood swings. This being the case, I have been on medications that don't work for 15 years and i had really lost faith in reaching out for help, until now.

About a month ago i started Neurofeedback with Dr Mark Ryan at neuroCare Sydney and i have to say i feel like a different person. I find myself not overthinking anything, my moods are the most stable they have ever been and i'm a lot more confident in my every day activities. I'm also now entirely off medication.

From the get go I was not treated like a patient who had a problem that could never be fixed (only maintained) which was the case in my past experiences in psychiatry. I extremely recommend neuroCare to any body suffering from depression. These guys know what they are doing!

Thank you for turning my years of skepticism into belief

I also want to thank Sally and Dave in admin for bending over backwards to make sure my sessions lined up with my personal schedule.

I'm not really sure how you can in good conscience justify $450 for a sub 30 minute conversation just to renew a prescription. Some of it is covered by Medicare, but that doesn't make it feel any less exploitative and slimey. Basically a license to print money

Spent around $5000 here just to have a really horrible experience with both Dr Ryan and Jon Dormand. Ended up leaving with worse sleeping habits and anxiety than I started with. Erica Chow and the receptionists were lovely though but still not much help - very expensive. Edit: also, someone attempted to steal my purse outside the building. Maybe not the best area for people with anxiety

Wish I could give zero stars. Outrageously expensive. They just love trying to upsell you ridiculous gadgets, testing, brain scanning and TMI which has a relatively low success rate for what you pay....in addition to the prohibitively expensive sessions. Had only 2 sessions total but spent at least $3k, nothing achieved, total waste of time and money.

I appreciate how this clinic provides treatment tailored to your specific needs. The clinicians have been very honest and helpful, providing me with strategies to combat underlying issues, such as poor sleep hygiene. I can definitely see and feel an improvement.

Neurocare gave us back our daughter - I cant thank them enough.
Our daughter had been suffering from unremitting severe depression for over 10 years. We had tried all treatments - none worked - and she was on a cocktail of medications that was making her just sicker.
After treatment at Neurocare (sleep therapy and TMS) she has got back her life. Her medications have been reduced by around 80%. Neurocare has given her back hope and a future.
