I'm from Brisbane and needed to see a Dr for a migraine that was persistent. The reception staff were lovely and really helpful to get me in the day I called and I was greeted upon entry by 4 very happy reception ladies. Dr Jenny was amazing and was very happy to help me out with scripts I needed and also provided good education despite my knowledge. She was very thorough also as I hadn't been there before. She was compassionate as well. They ran on time too which is always a bonus. I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone there. I highly recommend this clinic and when back in Melbourne if needed I will ensure I go back there.

We have been coming here for years. The doctors are great though reception staff not always the most organised for example, on 2 occasions we have turned up for an appointment to be told it was the following month because they had put the wrong date down*. Even yesterday when we came for our second AZ shot was told that all shots have always been given in one particular area of clinic which was inaccurate as our first shot had been on another level of the complex! However our GP is without doubt the best GP my husband and I have ever seen. He actually spends the time needed to diagnose the issue instead of rushing you out after 5 minutes and he provides excellent follow up care. OK it can cost you but worth it.
*I know they have wrong date as before I ring I select date on calendar, confirm appointment then write it down. 11.21 made appointment to see GP at 4pm. Turned up and was told it was 4.50. Really So when I repeated back 4pm when appointment made and reception said yes she was trying to trick me! This has happened a few times, they do need to get their act together! 21.6 they are undergoing renovations so interested to see what they are doing, however considering approx. 500 apartments are being built next to them, hopefully they are making room for more doctors! 21.3 turned up for appointment only to be told next week. AAAGGHHHHH not again they have stuffed up, sweet jesus. When I'm making appointment I have calendar in front of me, I choose date and time, book it and write it down, but here we are again, another reception stuff up!

Extreme level of incompetence- I call them regarding the medicals

And I got told they were sent in august , using common sense to bridge the gap- if I’m seeing a doctor in the 2nd week of January regarding forms that need to signed in order to fight on an event in March, then would forms from august be valid. If they were valid , then why would I see the doctor the second time.

I still did not receive my bloods medical despite them being promised to me. Very shit practise
Would not recommend.

Furthermore, I call them on Friday (24th of January) asking about the results- they let me know they have not received them

- I call the blood practise ( pathology ) that is associated with them and they told me they sent the results

- I called the Nepean medical family centre back and they said they received the results expect a small fragment.
- Then I called the blood practise and I’m being told to call the head department of pathology , being left on hold for 20 minutes.

I have had no choice but to go to another doctor and start the fight medical process by scratch.

Overall, really poor practise, super disorganised. Do not recommend for fight medicals or general practise.

I waited one hour to see Dr.Vanessa Feakes and she didn't even say sorry about it. It was a consult for my girl, she had no idea to communicate with vulnerable teenager. We didn't get too much help we needed after one full hour of consult and charged me $250 (for GP visit not a specialist) before medicare. I understand she tried to help us out but sadly I still think my two hours could be used in a better way. I'll still see other Doctors from Nepean health since I've been pretty happy from my previous visits.

I have been seeing Dr Jon Garland since I was in primary school, and have followed him across various locations in Bayside - he has always been a fantastic help for me and my family.
I have also had great experiences with Dr Robert Gingold who is compassionate and thoughtful.
In the last couple of years, Dr Christopher Loh has been looking after me, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He explains everything thoroughly, and is always looking after your whole health, rather than just the ailment you are going in for.
I am lucky that I haven't needed to go to the doctor too much in my life, but I am also lucky that we have such a great practice in our area for when it's needed.

Dr. Colin Leong is an excellent GP. I've received exceptional care from him over the last 15 years, and always greeted with a smile. In addition, he's a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor with great communication. He's worth the 1 hour drive to see him.

How Dr Vjay can call herself a doctor I will never know. Had to call 4 times for her to respond and give me my results. She came across very cold in the office and even colder over the phone. Even then, still had no idea what the problem was, just kept asking me the same questions over and over. Her answer to every question was it might be, it might not be. Absolutely hopeless, please do yourself a favour stay away from her.
