"Dr" Sarah Amr has actively gone out of her way to create anxiety and distrust by: •neglecting her duty of care
•denying treatment for clear and obvious illness/es
•denying health services by placing extended and unnecessary time frames
•dismissing patients concerns despite having xrays and medical history confirming patients issues
•being unclear and unjust in her bedside manner. You are unprofessional and negligent and have caused undue harm to more than one patient. Shame on you. I urge anyone else that has been harmed by the "Dr" to contact the necessary authorities.

The hospital dentist, clinician and receptionist could not have been kinder to me

On Friday, 15th September 2023, I needed emergency dental treatment. All members of staff, including the dentist, clinician and reception went out of their way not only to fix my dental problem but also to make me feel welcome as well as encouraging me to come for further treatment there. This is my first experience at a hospital dental clinic, and I came away not only pain free, but thinking how gently and professionally I was treated and what a great asset these three professionals are, not only to The Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, but to Australia's whole health system. To these three people I offer my sincere gratitude.

Sent to nepean dental care section my x- ray revelled " a hairline crack in my tooth down to my jaw bone !" ( they made the decision to " pull my tooth out !" They said : they know their stuff " and my tooth has to be " pulled out !" ( i did not let them " pull my tooth out " as i told them " i have saved a tooth before by eating soft food ) conclusion : " i have been eating on my tooth now for 1 and a half years now ?" (Cheers

Another wasted day at the dental unit. My fourth this year.
Condescending receptionist on a power trip who refuses to book appointments for patients and speaks to us as second class citizens.
Looks like another 12 week wait for the next letter to turn up...
