Myself my wife Prabha Chand have visiting Nelson Ridge Medical Centre for last seven years and have found the doctors in particular Dr Sachwaar very smart, polite and approachable,also very helpful in providing reports and referrals as required. I thank him for his services. I would also like to appreciate the front line ladies (receptionists) who do wonderful job to get us to the doctors, also sending reminders to patients on their bookings. There is a desperate need for good service and its starts with an English speaking receptionist with less wait times!!! Horrible place.

With Acknowledgment to your response;
Perhaps take some time to read all your reviews and do something about it as opposed to being defensive.
English being a second language is not an issue. The issue here is you are not able to understand or locate your patients records over the phone. I have sat and observed how poorly you deal with callers and have also experienced this innumerable times. You simply cannot read nor understand and lack basic etiquette of speech and tone.
The next time I am there I will take some photos of how messy the place is as well.
The doctors are the reason why we attend. You have to learn empathy to understand that people that walk in that door are either in pain or battling health issues. It would be wonderful if you can try and do your role in the most dignified and kind way. Take this feedback and walk into your patients shoes please.

Dr Sachawars is a caring, gentle Doctor always putting patients’ needs first along with finding the right specialist if one is needed. All Doctors in the practice are pleasant and caring.
