Excellent service at this practice.
Dr Joel is amazing. The best doctor my husband and I have had in over 50 years.
He is very caring and friendly as well as being an extremely good Doctor. He goes above and beyond to find suitable outcomes. He is also very up to date with all the new treatments and medications.

I was new to the area and needed to find a new family doctor. I found this practice and was able to very easily lodge all my details & make an appointment online within a reasonably short time. On the day of my appointment, I was met by very friendly reception staff, made to feel very welcome & at ease. My doctor was on time & was likewise, very personable & professional. Top notch experience. I hope I don't need to see him too often, but it's comforting to know what to expect when I do. Highly recommend.

An acquaintance recommended this clinic and Dr Robert Bender. I found him to be very approachable, knowledgeable and patient given I had a number of health issues to discuss.
I was seen fairly quickly after first being seen by the nurse who was friendly and welcoming.

Very grateful for the care and courtesy this clinic provides. Counter staff are always welcoming, cheerful and helpful. I love seeing the clinical staff in their colourful uniforms. Dr Dhei provides me great care and affords me mateship with our chats - great GP. Being a Veteran, he recognises & thanks me for my Service and me his. Dhei is an outstanding individual. I like the person he is.

Nelson Plaza clinic is a great facility for all your general health needs. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and the reception staff are helpful and friendly. Parking available under the building and plenty available on the street.

Have been seeing Dr Angelo and today he help me to understand what my condition was and explained it to me that I could understand, I am now not so stressed and now can work to get better. Will always see him even if there’s a long wait he is so caring and understanding and takes the time to explain so that you understand. Thank you and the staff at Nelson bay plaza .

Booking an appointment was very easy and got to see a doctor the next day. First consultation at this surgery since moving to the Bay and great first impressions. Reception ladies very pleasant and helpful. Doctor Rob very thorough and helpful.
