The front desk staff are always friendly and efficient, making appointments and follow-ups easy and no stress.

What truly sets this clinic apart is the quality of the medical care. Dr Yapp takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. I’ve always felt like a real person to her, not just another number, and that kind of care is rare these days.

Friendly reception staff greeted with care. First visit since arriving in Woodend. Nurse Praticiationer was on hand and accessed the situation almost immediately. Reception staff supplied me with forms and information for me to complete. Apologised for any delay but I was a walk in who did not have an appointment it was a short time before the doctor called me in for the consultation. Highly recommend this service and the staff.

Dr. Yapp is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also one of the most caring and compassionate doctors we've ever had. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely wants the best for her patients. No matter what we come in for, we always leave feeling reassured and well cared for. It’s rare to find a GP who is both highly skilled and so warm and understanding. We’re so grateful to have her as our doctor!

I have in the past few months, been seeing Dr Audrey Goh of this clinic and have found her to be extremely professional and accurate in her diagnosis. I had been going to a doctor for many, many years in the CBD but she has now retired and I truly did not think I would find another GP on the same par, but am very relieved I have. Being an elderly lady, I needed someone who was professional, would listen and could advise/explain to me the best way forward. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Goh to both older and young patients alike, as it is clear to me. she is dedicated to her chosen path, a path I'm certainly glad she has chosen for herself.
