I visited the clinic today to see Dr Usman Mahmood . The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. I needed a follow up appointment and the receptionist did her best to meet my required time. I would definitely recommend Gisborne clinic.

Got flu shot (5 stars for nurse, didn't feel a thing and very lovely) however asked for a repeat script while there and charged $79! Had I known would have made separate appointment to see my regular doctor!!

Typically my personal experience has usually been good, especially working with the female doctors here.

But dealing with simon for my wife has been a challenge, as he was unfortunately ignorant of common side effects of antibiotics on female anatomy, and he wasn’t receptive to her symptoms and needs unless I backed her up as a male, which was disappointing.

Have used clinic for many years and James Minmagh has been a saviour to me, it takes time but with the right support you get there. Reception staff are awesome and go above and beyond and make a huge difference compared to other service providers. 5 stars all round.
