Coming in as an Asthmatic and someone with low energy levels, George was patient and positive with all our appointments, ensuring all his instructions were clear and explained very well, we worked by improving my diet, exercise and supplementary needs and improved my everyday energy, focus levels and my asthma to the point where i no longer required using my 3 everyday preventers , My diet has improved because he made it clear on what foods to eat and how my body uses them to most benefit the nutritional and supportive immune values.

First of all, I'd like to just say that George is magnificent! His 21 day detox was absolutely mind blowing. I highly recommend! Besides the fact that I lost a whole heap of weight, I never felt better mentally and physically!!!!!! My gym sessions improved dramatically as i was more switched on and felt less tired. I was so energised that I didn't need my after work nap. My skin felt amazing, so soft and clear, and I never felt happier. It really improved my being as a whole and would definitely take part it in again.
