Update: After 12months of following the new way of being protocol, I undertook 5 days of Panchakarma after 6 days of prep to bring my health in all aspects to a new level. I was very blessed to have found Dr Naveen in Dec 2023. Despite eating “healthy”, thinking positivity, and exercising, I was very unwell and my blood test results were not going in the right direction. A combination of menopause, type 2 diabetes, and severe whole body inflammation had me swollen and very unwell. Dr Naveen’s careful, caring and considered approach, and me implementing his prescription for healing has found me feeling much better, looking much better, thinking much better and functioning much better. As an added bonus I am looking and feeling years younger, and I’m only 7 months into this new way of being.

Highly recommend Naveen ji and his NatureCare ayurveda practice. He is one of the few authentic ayurveda doctors (vaidyas) in Sydney. My 8 year old daughter had severe eczema since birth. We had tried allopathy homepathy and even another ayurvedic doctor. But most results were short term or financial impossible to continue. But naveen jis medicines were affective as well as enough to treat it all for 3 to 4 months without requiring frequent visits. He cared for my daughter not just as a patient but a family member. Dr Shukla was a blessing for us. We went and saw him last year for a check up for my husband. After a trip to Aumsia where my husband contracted Giardia and 3 rounds of regular antibiotics and gastroenterologist appointments, we weren't getting any better. We decided to consult Dr Shukla for Giardia. He assured us that it will all be ok and prescribed rhe right medicines and diet plan. We followed this religiously and on the 10th day there was no relapse of Giardia. We followed his plan got 5 weeks as was suggested and I can truly say that it was Ayurveda and Dr shuklas medicines which helped us get over Giardia and not the antibiotics. We see him regularly now for maintainance and anything that crops up. We highly recommend Dr Shukla and Nature Care ayurveda for an indept consultation and a care to help anyone remove the root cause of the disease and not just treat symptoms.

I took the first treatment one and half months before and today I had my 4th massage and Katti Basti treatment for my lower back pain.

I was suffering from savior back pain due to multiple surgeries and injuries. I was in extreme pain, I can't thank enough Dr. Naveen and Shree to bring my back in working condition.

I highly recommend their services to people like me who have been suffering a lot from back pain, nack pain, or any other long-term and short-term pains also want to change lifestyle holistic way. Don't look at the money but just trust the process and you will feel the difference.

In dire circumstances concerning my health, I contacted Dr Naveen Shukla, Director of Nature Care Ayurveda, Parramatta. He picked up the phone from India and despite my saying that we would talk upon his return, Dr Shukla, insisted on listening to my conditions. 15 minutes on phone and I had 2-3 simple herbal prescriptions and a regime of exercises + change of life style suggested by Dr Shukla, subject to a follow up on his return to Australia. By the time he came back, I was partially on way to recovery. I have been consulting him ever since. Recently, he suggested that I obtain ABHYANGA, Aurvedic, relaxing massage. Reformed by his associate, Dr Shruti Alure (a full fledged Ayurvedic doctor in her own rights, with 9-year of pre-practice thorough studies at Ayurvedic studies), followed by many years of experience. I felt like a new person. The massage was extremely relaxing and fairly energetic. I convinced my wife also to go through ABHYANGA, which she did. Gone were my wife’s apprehensions and disbelief and in her own words : “I had never had such an experience”!
