Joe and Alysse have set up the most amazing environment at Natural Strength. There is so much support that comes from the team as well as the other members.

Joe takes so much pride in the presentation of the gym and makes sure all the equipment is ready to go. I've been there 9 months and have not seen any equipment out of action.

If you are looking for a place to help you push towards your health goals, Natural strength is the place to join.

Natural Strength is a fantastic family run gym. You’ll be met with a friendly warm face at reception who are always super helpful and really do look after you! From training to wellness to recovery and healthy food options! It really is a one stop shop. The trainers have incredible experience and knowledge and the gym itself has awesome equipment and a great vibe. One of my favourite things has to be the training programs you have access to once you sign up. Highly recommend and definitely worth trialing it out!

The equipment is top of the line and has amazing facilities, such as modern and clean bathrooms and showers. The owners make it their priority to connect with their members and help them on their fitness journey. There are also a range of additional services offered by NS, such as a self coaching app, food and beverage options, coffee, massage, group classes and more!
