Have been a frequent visitor for a while but today’s massage was quite bad. I always book a 90 minute session on Sunday but today (Thursday) the masseur spent the first 20 minutes CRAWLING on my body, applying the full body weight of pressure. The rest of the session was uncomfortable as the masseur spent most of the time pressuring bones instead of muscle, and was pulling and pushing my joints. It was painful and unpleasant, and I hurt more than I originally came in. I paid for the service, but I will likely never come again on a weekday. Really disappointing and honestly a big waste of money and time.

Not sure why the rating is low! The staff were all incredibly friendly, and most importantly, the massage was absolutely amazing! Easily the best massage I’ve had in Sydney. Highly recommend! ?

Thank you Isabel for rebooking a session for me - David who did the massage was good; I was happy to pay the extra $40 for the massage that he did. It's a pity he is not a regular masseur at your store.

The experience was so bad, if I could leave 0 stars I would.

I booked for a 90 min deep tissue massage. The massage session started 7 mins late as the lady was still with another client. When we finally started, the lady would walk out at least 3 times to cover the reception/booking of customers.

Then out of a sudden a new masseur would come in and started some weird rubbing "massage" followed by what felt like foot reflexology. There was no deep tissue massage happening. The session then finished ~5 mins early.

All up for a 90 min massage; I was lucky to get 75 mins of actual massage. When I questioned the lady at the reception about the massage, I found out I got something called the "King Massage". Her reasoning was there was only so much they could do for a deep tissue massage when booking a 90 min session. This sounds weird as I specifically mentioned I wanted to concentrate on my legs due to the aches.

I paid for the session as some sort of service was provided but it was definitely not anything remotely close to a massage, let alone a deep tissue massage. I left the place feeling worse than before I went in.

Have been a loyal customer for quite some time. Their massage therapists are professional and caring. The place is always kept clean, which is great.

Pretty upsetting how bad of a massage it was. Even after asking for focussing on a specific area for the massage, it ended up being ignored completely by the masseuse. Focus and pressure between left and right sides was lopsided, and many areas were lightly brushed over despite it being a 'full body' massage.

The lady at the front was rude. She was the one to do my massage too. She started the massage in silence. It wasn’t until another worker yelled something, relaxing music for put on. Though the experience was far from relaxing. The lady was talking loudly to other staff members in the room. She only really massaged my left side of my body leaving it bruised. She also left the room multiple times without saying anything. The last time she said Thankyou and walked out. I still have 30mins of a massage left, but the experience was so bad I just left.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There’s better places out there.

Went for a couple Massage during the weekends, My Partner and I drove down from Palm beach. He had the 90 min Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and I had the 90 min Reflexology detox Massage . We’re both extremely happy with our massages.
Lovely ladies and very relaxing treatment rooms.
It was worth the drive.
Highly recommended.
Was such a relaxation and the place is so cozy and tidy.
