I have been with Nationwide Care Plus for 5 years and I am very happy. All the staff are great. They provide me with a beautiful home, healthy food, and take good care of me. I really like one of their staff members; she is very kind to me, cooks very delicious food, and takes me out for community access. I am very satisfied with her. Anyone would love the way she takes care of the residents. I hope Nationwide can keep her here because of her good talent and attitude. She is kind, gentle, soft-spoken, and a great cook. I hope Nationwide can go even further; I am confident because I am satisfied with this company and that’s why I don’t want to leave this place.

I am very independent and get taken shopping twice a week, as well as using their beauty salon availability.

Nationwide Care Plus took over full time care of our son around 13 months ago. During this time, the team have been providing great care, and also able to progress areas of personal development that we never were able to achieve at home.

Our son recently required dental surgery under anesthetic. The team at Nationwide Care Plus were fantastic in their care of our son, in the days leading up to and during the surgery. They made the transportation, admission and discharge processes much easier with their patience and care. The team were also very good after his discharge covering his medication and personal needs. Following the anasthetic and sedation, they ensured that he was safe and stable on his feet.
