Would have given negative star rating if I could. Worst service ever! Never ever had such bad experience. The whole centre is very unprofessional. No answer and no return calls. Appointment got canceled without any notification, and also short notice of appointment cancellation. I have asked for invoice since day 1 but never received any until last appointment where they canceled the appointment without acknowledging due to overdued account. Psychologist never answered calls and never replied to messages and emails. Made full payment, but received a wrongly dated report and then never gotten any response since. Have been waited months for them to respond before I write this review.

Would give less than 1 star if given the chance. Charged over 11 THOUSAND dollars for 3 reports! They never even met or spoke to my son (who the service was for)!! Have since found another provider who has seen my son weekly for 6months and barely even spent 1/4 of his allocated Behavioural therapy yearly NDIS funding and my son is doing so much better now! I do not recommend.

The only reason you would even consider National PBS is so that you can maintain your behavioural support funding until you can find a decent and reputable company or practitioner to work with.

Avoid at all costs if you can.

Our experience with National PBS, its management and its behavioural practitioner reflect the comments of previous reviews.

Our assigned behavioural practitioner repeatedly: a) Failed to engage with their client or keep appointments. b) Failed to deliver assigned actions despite repeated verbal and written requests c) Would attend online monthly care team meetings both un-prepared and made little or no attempt to contribute to these meetings.

All of this whilst happily billing for the time.

After their repeated failure to undertake agreed follow-up actions, I wrote an email of complaint to the behavioural practitioner and the management and aside, from some quick "backside" covering from the behavioural practitioner, received no response from the company or their management in regards to the concerns and issues raised and, unfortunately, the appalling levels of services continued.

I could go on but the final straw was the production of a behavioural support report we needed as part of an important NDIS funding review.

Big parts of report had been literally cut and pasted from a previous report and contained multiple contradictions that totally failed to reflect the client’s current situation.

To put this into context, had the National PBS practitioner done their job properly they would have identified multiple new behaviours of concern as a result of a massive change in circumstances for the young adult involved.

Like the previous reviews, National PBS are brilliant at sucking up your NDIS funds without producing the tangible outcomes their clients need.

And as the other reviews point out - any complaint or attempt to engage with senior management falls on deaf ears.

It's NDIS businesses like National PBS (its directors and the employee who was assigned to us ) that are the reason the NDIS desperately needs reform & more accountability to stop these kinds of business operating.
