Surgery went amazing, all the staff were helpful, friendly and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their workplace, which is not all too common these days. Food was good, for all the little I was able to eat post abdominal surgery, and the nurses were incredibly attentive. 10/10

If flowers were allowed into ICU I would have expressed my thanks in that direct fashion. Let me record here though my profound gratitude, respect and admiration for the whole ICU team. I spent, unexpectedly, three days in their care and found them unfailingly professional, encouraging and honest.
It is invidious to single out one person in such a talented group but the nursing team leader for much of my time there was truly outstanding. ‘We love her ‘ remarked one of her colleagues; ‘She is so skilful’ said an admiring doctor. For this patient, her presence somehow conveyed ultimate safety.
And by the way, if you doubt the value of our immigration program, a night in ICU might change your mind.

Had a very good stay, post spinal neurosurgery, private rooms are well appointed and clean.
Reception staff were fantastic at check in, and also so helpful and friendly over the phone pre admission.
The ward orderly was great as were the staff delivering the meals.
The meals were all of a good standard and quite palatable, with a good variety of selections.
Surgical staff were professional and reassuring, discussing the procedure and answering all questions.
Massive thank you to the nurses on the Preston Ward. They have been so professional, attentive, caring and polite, happy to listen and answer all queries, without trying to rush away, nothing was a problem for them.

Faultless couple of days. Surgeon, anaesthetist, nursing staff all wonderful. I could have stayed for five nights, and I was tempted because it was so nice - and the food was gorgeous. My final meal was a superbly cooked fish fillet with perfect rice and That sweet and sour sauce.

My nan had a Cardiac Ablation yesterday at the National Capital Private Hospital, and don’t get me wrong it’s a great hospital, that is what I thought the first time she went to early November. My grandad wanted to stay with my nan for the night and they wanted to charge him 140$ to stay the night so horrible, let’s hope we never go back there ever again!

I had the best stay at the hospital, the receptionists Danny and Jackie, so amazing at making you feel welcomed and exactly what you want from the front desk, SMILES and laughs. The nurses (I was room 325 cossington ward) were so outstanding in so many ways. Happy, friendly, made you feel totally taken care of and not a burden. Thank you all truly ❤️

I was operated on 19/8/24 and I only have admiration for your Hospital. Ward staff, operating staff, kitchen staff & cleaning staff were all very pleasant and professional. All staff made me feel very special and they cared. The reception staff were so informative and very friendly. No-one could complain about the food it was very good. I’ve had multiple long stays and surgeries in the Coronary Care Unit over the last five years.
Dr Alasady, the ward and theatre staff were always so caring and approachable.
The nurses were just so caring and attentive, despite a heavy workload.
I found Dr Alasady to be a careful and highly experienced cardiologist.
He guided me through multiple phases of treatment, always seeking the best outcome for me as a person. He took the time to understand how the different medications and treatments were impacting on me, giving me a voice in my treatment.
Just ask the questions you’d like answered…he always happily took the time to answer mine.
