Do not listen do not consult clients or their key support workers should a senior occupational therapist be on maternity leave or holiday leave when i as a client refuse to sign two times consent forms and yet they still put my case with other occupational therapist who would trigger my ptsd and don’t even take any responsibility for this at all I would like to advise everyone to stay right away from national 360 altogether
