I called them once and now they constantly send me service agreements when they had no capacity for my daughter and sending me an invoice! I told them if they keeping sending me invoice I'll do a google review and report them to NDIA. They called straight away saying it's been rectified, 3 weeks later another email reminder for a payment! For one phone calling asking if they had capacity!

Beware. I contacted this company to obtain some standard OT support for my Autistic son. We had a short phone call to set the meeting and although the person herself was pleasant the company invoiced my son over $1,200 for the phone call and the 90 minute meet and greet. That’s price gouging that would rival my greedy real estate. Extremely disappointed.

Dreadful. OT didn't bother getting a copy of current recent medical and allied health specialists reports. Milked the call to an hour after repeatedly told to stop questioning about information already in the reports but ignored my requests and even after I relayed I have cognitive impairment kept on the invasive questioning making me have bad anxiety afterwards. Do not recommend at all.

We love our therapists. The building isn't really fit for purpose even though renovations have been done and getting out of the carpark onto Cornwell St can be difficult as it's a high traffic area
