I have suffered headaches/migraines for years and nothing seemed to alleviate them. I had searched high and low and tried all different treatments. Whilst in a retreat in NZ, I was advised to see a bowen therapist when I got home. I searched on google and found Natalie's website. I left a message with her and she phoned me back straight away. Natalie made an appointment promptly for me that suited my work schedule. As I didn't really know about Bowen Therapy, Natalie explained everything in simple terms and what to expect. After the first couple of sessions she was positive she could alleviate the pain in the lh side of my neck and head by working on my coccyx. Natalie is a very special healer!
I hadn't had "real" Bowen for several years after my previous therapist had retired. I know it worked for me & am so happy I found Natalie. I had been suffering with a very painful hip for a few weeks and after just 2 sessions, I was completely pain free. I also mentioned to Natalie a few other health issues I was going through including the dreaded Menopause. Not only is my hip fixed, Natalie has also helped improve the hormonal issues as well.

I have seen Natalie several times over the past 2 years. I have had 3 sessions of craniosacral therapy and have received Bowen to help manage my chronic illnesses. I was diagnosed by a Neurologist with Torticollis over 3 years ago (at 27) and told that I would have to live with it forever and would only be able to manage my symptoms (medication to reduce muscle spasms and manage pain). My hormones, gut and mental health also went haywire at the same time after an emotional trauma. Natalie has helped me reconnect with my body and heal. For the first time in over 5 years, I can get through a morning of work without being in severe discomfort and I am confident that I will be able to manage any future flare-ups. I am more resilient and my body is happier and healthier. I can exercise regularly and I don’t need as much pain relief! After years of the pill, I finally have a regular 28-day cycle. Natalie has become my go to for treatment, I've seen every and any modality and practitioner you can think of, for example I've had Chiro, physio and GP leading me down the path to surgery for a very painful shoulder injury, once I told Natalie about it she had it feeling 100% within two sessions!!!
After spending months of 3 x weekly sessions elsewhere with minimal results I can't begin to express my relief to now being fully active (tennis, gym, swimming etc) which I wasn't for mths and also no surgery!!

I have suffered with a bad back since I was 19, I'm now 60.

My pain changed so I went to doctor who sent me to specialist who did 2 MRI, just to tell me that there is nothing they can do. I was then advised to take more tablets. Great my gut will be the next thing that is stuffed.
