Dr Cue is a great doctor because he doesn’t give up on giving you a diagnosis for what you have and doesn’t give up doing his research. I’ve been going here since I was a child and I’ve always received the best care. I was finally diagnosed with PMDD, despite my condition being lesser known here in Australia than in the UK and the USA. I was finally referred to Professor John Eden by Dr Cue and treated properly for my condition which tortured me with many symptoms over the years! Even a professional gynaecologist at St George Private hospital couldn’t help me, but Dr Cue did.
Throughout the years he has been nothing but supportive, and a Dr who really listens to me to determine what I need to help me.

The office staff are all wonderful too! Gina, Rachel, Anna & Joy. They’re always welcoming, kind and understanding! I’d never go anywhere else!

Dr Cue is useless. They rotate intern GP's every 6 months so if you do see someone actually good, they won't be there long.

I would not even rate this a star at all, but I need to rate it in order to publish this review.

I am utterly disgusted and in distraught of how my father was treated by the secretaries at this practice. My father who is of CALD (Culturally and linguistic diverse) background had trouble communicating with the secretaries and instead of dealing with the situation, they laughed at him and called him names. Where was the professionalism? None what so ever! Waiting times to see a doctor is ridiculously long, you might as well go to a public hospital whereby you would receive better treatment and customer service.

One unhappy client .. two if you count my father!
