The pharmacist withheld my medication and refused to answer my question about having my gp change the script with the actual dosage, as the dose changed during waiting for the time of my surgery. He left the standard dose on the box and when I asked about him changing it with the new dosage“We don’t do it at our pharmacy” she said, when I asked. She kept cutting me off and mumbling under her breathe “ohhh my god”. If you instantly treat people like addicts, who are sick and having surgery, you’re in the wrong industry. I had no expectation that I’d receive my medication but simply was asking if the scripts CAN be altered or if I had to get a new script entirely.
Making sick people feel terrible for needing medication, is disgusting and I will be taking this complaint further.
