Had to pop in for a consult yesterday and yet again Narregate didn’t let us down!

We’ve been in no less than 10 times since our little one was born a year ago and without doubt we can access a GP, whether through the appointments or the urgent care.

I’ve popped out of consults for imaging and returned for the results with the GP, making management of problems a breeze! And for my daughter they always err on the side of hands off approach and give us red flags and options to increase intervention without having to return!

Cannot fault!

Side note, if you leave a poor review re wait times, then you’ve no idea how hard these practitioners work to give everyone quality care in a timely manner!

It's unfortunate that this is the only clinic with many available doctors and one of the very few clinic that open late around this area. I know people will go somewhere else if they have more options. Terrible receptionists (mostly the two male receptionists) to doctors with no empathy who only treats u like a number.
I have never ever seen a clinic that squeezes in patients for more money and let them wait hours.
The urgent care is very good & that's probably contributing to many stars.
Avoid the clinic and seek yourself a better GP somewhere else because I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

💙💙💙 ... It's located close to home ( Narregate ) which helps, it's convenient. I live with my parents who are older in age, so to have a Medical Centre like Narregate close to home, helps ... Helps A Lot.
They, my parents seem to be comfortable with Narregate Medical & Dental Centre as there local Doctors Clinic. Thank You '

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Tom and Dr Colin recently, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel at ease with their warm, friendly demeanor. They are incredibly understanding and empathic, always taking the time to really listen to my concerns without rushing through the appointments. It’s clear that they genuinely cares about their patients and their well-being. Dr Tom and Dr Colin’s kindness shines through in everything they do, and they truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Plus, they always offers their service with a smile, which makes a world of difference! If you’re looking for a doctor who not only provides excellent care but also makes you feel heard and valued, Dr. Tom and Dr Colin are definitely the ones to see.

Unfortunately the GP wait times at Narregate seem to be increasing, with our appointments lately being delayed by 45mins to up to two hours. It’s impossible to schedule anything else on a day when you have an appointment there, as there’s no telling how long you will wait. I will no longer see a GP here. The priority primary care and dentist are lovely though!

Wait times are horrendous, I'm never seen at my exact appointment time, usually 20+ minutes to be called after my booked time. But, Doctor Roheena Raza's service is lovely. She's empathetic, analytical and actually treats me like a person, instead of trying to just rush me out and saying my ailment is just anxiety. But please, fix the doctor's schedules if they're not available at that time.

Some of the doctors is neglecting the patients needs and instead spending time and chatting with other staff members. Despite being ready to leave, I was kept waiting unnecessarily while the doctor and staff engaged in non-work-related conversations, delaying my departure and affecting my schedule.

I am absolutely disgusted with the way Narregate operates. The fact that you have to pay to wait for hours for an appointment is completely unacceptable. We should be able to have fees waived if our appointment doesn't run within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. Not only is this inconvenient, but it's also frustrating to see how much they squeeze out of people without delivering on the service they promise.

I will not be returning, and I advise others to reconsider as well. Since Narregate stopped bulk billing, it feels like they are just a money-grabbing operation. I've accepted that I need to have $100 available for appointments and medications when I'm sick, but when I am asked to take a test, and then receive a text saying I need a follow-up appointment—only for that appointment to be a brief 1-minute phone call where everything is fine—it's outrageous that you're billing people for this. Everyone knows that bulk billing is an option, but they choose not to use it, which is dishonest and frustrating.

Every time I'm asked to come back or have a test, it only causes me anxiety because I know that these appointments could have been avoided or at least could have been done with more transparency and better communication. Narregate has lost my trust, and I won't be returning.
