The staff were all absolutely lovely!
Almost no wait early in the morning. We did try to go here last night for x-rays, but they were at capacity and no one could see us so told us to come back in the morning.
The nurses, receptionists, doctors, imaging staff, and everyone else we saw this morning were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and had lighthearted and playful attitudes - definitely helpful if you’re in pain.
The doctor in the clinic also seemed to know what he was talking about which is always a plus.
Hopefully we’re never in the situation where we have to come back, but if we are this is definitely the place to go!

We didn’t have to wait too long.
The ladies at the front desk were great.
My son ended up having a fractured wrist
The doctor and nurse were fantastic with him. The doctor is so nice and friendly and the nurse did a great job putting the plaster on. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience at the Urgent Care in Narre Warren yesterday. Our young son was seen quickly, and the whole process was smooth and reassuring. The triage nurse was especially wonderful, compassionate, efficient, and clearly experienced. We were very happy with the level of care provided and felt genuinely looked after. Thank you to the team for making a stressful situation so much easier!

First time been there, absolutely loved the experience. My dad doesn't have Medicare card, I couldnt believe I end up walking out without paying anything ,and the staff very friendly and helpful. Got the medication they recommend from downstairs. So convenient. Highly recommend!

We've been there recently took our daughter there. The nurses and doctors were extremely professional and fast. We were thankful there were only a few people there. The nurse helped triage my daughter. These places help ease the burden the hospitals so thank you so much for the help. You guys were great! And god bless

Free clinic designed to take the pressure from ED. I booked online via HotDoc. Arrived on time but was told that they don’t take appointments and the wait to see a doctor would be 3 hours. Receptionist was pleasant in doing her job. No triage nurse at the desk as I was told it would be an hour before I could see her either. I know it was a public holiday but maybe with the demand there should be more than 1 doctor &1 nurse to ease the waiting times. I ended up finding a GP that’s open was open paid my gap & was treated in less time.

The perfect place to go for urgent treatment when your doctors don’t have any available appointments for two weeks. The staff are very caring and great at their job, easy to find and easy parking, The building itself is modern and very clean. I was treated very quickly and am on the road to recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

The staff were amazing. Took my husband in, they looked after him very well. Was triaged straight away, and doctor was very good. Recommend this place if you have to see someone urgently. This is not a clinic for regular appointments.
