John is an absolute miracle worker and I cannot recommend him enough. He took me in at very short notice as I was in a lot of pain in my back due to a random muscle spasm. John took the time to get to know me and try to get to the route of the problem. Most professionals out there do something temporarily and don't really try to get to the route of the problem. I've had ongoing neck problems too for years and after only 1 session with John I felt so much better!! He even gave me an exercise program to help me with my neck and back (this is very rare). I've been to many different physios and massage places but I highly recommend seeing an osteo. This was my first time seeing John (and an osteo) and my mum also sees him and he's helped her heaps too! If you're in pain John is certainly your go to!! What really makes me value John is the fact that he's even made the effort to check up on me after my appointment and that demonstrates his amazing care and dedication for his clients. Thanks John for your work and looking forward to my next appointment!

I found Zari Mynard after being referred by my GP for my neck pain, and I’m so glad that I did. A quick look at her website soon told me that, as well as being conveniently located, this was a professional medical service that I could put my trust in. the real bonus is Zari the person. Visiting a Narre Warren osteopath for the first time, you are likely to be both in pain and somewhat wary of what’s in store. Zari combines professionalism with a genuine warmth and friendliness that allows you to feel calm, reassured, and in good hands throughout the appointment. Most importantly, of course, she really knows what she is doing. In my case, my neck and shoulder were feeling much better after the first (same day) appointment. I thoroughly recommend Zari Mynard, and Narre North Osteopathy is lucky to have her.

Oh my goodness! Vanessa is a miracle worker! I have had bursitis in my right shoulder for about six months, and also suffered whiplash this week when someone crashed into the back of me. Gus is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Extremely professional, appointments are not rushed with a person centred approach. After many years trying Physio and Chiro, I have found my cure here. The take home self-management exercises, stretches and strengthening have helped me to eliminate the significant episodes of pain in my neck/shoulders and manage minor flare ups quickly.
