Overall a great GP practice which I’d highly recommend. I saw Dr Bryce today and he was thorough, professional and helped me work though the issues I wanted to discuss. I also saw the practice nurse who was also excellent and sorted out a problem which has been ongoing for sometime. Thank you.

Dr Kate Hall is awesome but receptionists continue to treat you like dirt making you feel bad for walking through the door. Sometimes you catch them on a good day but heaven forbid you get them on a bad day. Outright rude with attitude to suit.

My wife and I were struggling to find a good family medical practice and were recommended this practice on a facebook community page - best decision we’ve ever made!

Dr Elicia has been outstanding in her care, professionalism and proactivity in helping my wife and baby. We went from surviving to thriving! We can’t thank her enough!

Dr Jo has also been exceptional in helping me with my mental health and wellbeing. She really takes the time to listen before making suggestions and recommendations and addresses my concerns. I feel safe, cared for and supported.

Nurse Belinda is a star! We’re always greeted with a big smile, she’s taken the time to get to know us and she’s so confident in handling babies and vaccinations.

In my 40 years of life and living all over Sydney, this medical practice is by far the best!

Have been seeing amazing doctors Gabriella and Elicia, I can only speak highly about both of them! They provide exceptional service, always listen to your needs and are absolutely wonderful at what they do! I would definitely recommend them and this practice! Also never had an issue with the receptionists, they were always very nice and helpful!

Very disappointed in this clinic, my wife presented there yesterday with a severe allergic reaction to a blue bottle sting. She was writhing in agony as the pain and rash spread at an alarming rate throughout her body. The receptionist told us that as there was no doctor working we had to go somewhere else for treatment, we weren’t even permitted to see the nurse on duty.
Today my wife’s legs and torso are covered in blisters. She had to receive steroid and antihistamine injections, had the clinic done that at the time it would have saved her a world of pain and scarring.

My Family Doctor was awesome but the receptionists failed to show duty of care one to many times. Last Year my daughter was in hospital having her 2nd operation and the surgeon needed a new referral. The receptionist tried to tell me my daughter wasn't a patient and hung up even though she has been her GP since birth and had copies of all the paperwork! Now once again a very similar thing has happened. We needed a referral and our DR is booked up for 7 days. No attempt to find an appointment for us with another Dr. or get the referral done. Time for a new Dr for this family.
