I was able to book an appointment on the same day. The practice was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen. Dr. Michael was efficient, professional, and provided an accurate diagnosis with confidence. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this clinic.

It is a good medical centre. Taking appointments to getting checked by the doctor and getting pathology done in short time and under 1 roof is something special to me. nice clean and welcoming vide. glad to have such centre in my neighbourhood

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at Narellan Medical and Dental, and I’m done with this place. At this point, I am convinced they don’t know how to manage appointments. The wait times are beyond ridiculous, with an average wait time of 2-3 hours for a scheduled appointment! I kept wondering how it was possible for a doctor to consistently run this far behind. Well, I got that answer because this time, we intentionally booked the earliest possible appointment to avoid the long wait. Our appointment was at 8:20 am on a Sunday, right after the clinic opened at 8 am. There were supposed to be only two appointments before us, yet we still ended up waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes before seeing the doctor (this is actually the shortest time we’ve waited out of our last 7 appointments).

When we asked why the wait was so long, considering we were basically first in line, we were told that there were still 4 patients in front of us because walk-ins and someone who arrived at 8 am for their 8:40 appointment would be seen first—despite us arriving on time for our scheduled 8:20 appointment. This begs the question: why even bother booking an appointment in the first place if it’s just first in, best dressed?

This has happened multiple times in the past, with waits of up to 3 hours. I’ve needed to see Dr. Sam every few weeks since January, and it’s become completely unprofessional and unfair. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone

I’ve had a great experience with this medical centre. The service is quick and efficient, with minimal wait times. Dr Michael is reliable, professional, and cares about patient wellbeing. I also appreciate that they offer bulk billing, which makes accessing quality healthcare much more affordable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy and hassle-free medical centre!

The staff at this medical facility are fantasitic. The doctors are approachable, and patient. Will, at reception is so friendly and always very accommodating and helpful. The nurses, Amreen and Nav, are exceptional when it comes to interacting with young children. I was very impressed with the bubble distraction Amreen used to calm my hysterical two-year-old son during his vaccination process today. It worked wonders, I am so grateful for the efforts in attempting to make my son feel at ease. I have finally found a wonderful medical team for my family. 10/10

Just to give a shout for the lovely nurse in the treatment centre , who had the unpleasant job of rinsing the wax out of my ears , the difference to my hearing is incredible. Thank you so much I am so happy with the results.

I accidentally turned up a week early for my skin check appointment however the receptionist was so accommodating and got me an appointment straight away. I have been seeing DR Samir Michael for close to 15 years and highly recommend.

Amazing doctors, Dr Sam Najar is amazing. Finally felt listened too and supported. You have to wait but I'm happy to do that for good doctors. Reception staff are lovely and helpful too.
Also helps that pathology, nurses, physio are all on site.
