Very disappointing that after being our doctors surgery for 16 years, and following the team through the move from Mount Annan to Narellan, we cannot just come in and wait to see a doctor we have to book a consult days in advance or make a booking to see a doctor later in the afternoon when you are there at 8:30-9:00am.
What a shame great Doctors but bad organisation.

Absolutely poor quality of staff and trade. I was sent for an urgent holter monitor to which they said they do not have. Gave me every excuse, to then give me a number in Camden to which I looked up is closed Monday and number is disconnected I called back. For them
To try and cal other centres to wait in the carpark which took another 30minutes for me
To call back and they said they had tried to contact me which they didn’t and said my line was busy. Then I could hear them arguing in the back ground where can we call what should we do. The run around and still as I speak have been on hold for 15minutes for them the receptionist to say can I wait longer because she’s now busy. I live 35 minutes away and every pathologist here have been late or just rude. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Went to see Dr Vu over a year ago over chronic Neutropenia, he dismissed my concerns saying a blood test is a single glimpse in time even though I told him it had been reoccurring over years. He didn't suggest having a second blood test to check whether or not it was still occurring, had to see another practice to get a referral to a haematologist.
