To the caring members of this practice who monitored him, the two lovely ladies who stayed with him till the ambulance arrived, one a patient and the other from the Pathology Rooms, and the two Narangba Valley High School boys who help assist him to his feet when he first fell go our heartfelt thanks.

I am not sure how this centre rates as being a patient but this review is more in the way of attitude. An elderly man today about 1hr ago colapsed in the middle of the main road. Assistance was sort out by my wife and another lady to seek medical help for him yet the receptionist refused to notify a doctor saying they have patients. This was a medical emergency. I am disgusted in this attitude. There sole purpose to being in the medical field is to assist those in need, especially emergency. Thia elderly gentlwman could have been seriously injured but they did not even raise an eyebrow. Very unproffesional.

The receptionists have all been super friendly, helpful and prompt. The nurse is absolutely lovely, so kind and genuine and the waiting room has rarely been full! I have seen Dr Sukumar and my husband has seen Dr Kurapati and both doctors have been great. Bulk billing if you have a pension card. Pathology on-site for a few hours in the morning. Nice and small doctors office and despite someone else saying there’s “always a long wait” I’ve never experienced this at all.

After going to 3 other local doctor surgeries who were rude and impatient I ended up at Narangba Valley Medical Centre. Dr Sukumar has been our family doctor for the past 10 years and I would never go anywhere else. He is polite, friendly and actually listens. He is great with both adults and children (my three children have been going to him since they were babies). I had health problems earlier in the year and he was quick to get a diagnosis, even calling me before my next appointment to make sure I got treatment as quickly as possible. I highly recommend him.

I have been visisting Dr Sukumar for a couple of years now and every single time I have gone in he’s been nothing but genuinely caring, polite, and takes his time to assess my needs, even when he’s extremely busy!
The receptionists are so lovely here, making me feel very welcome and comfortable upon my visits.
I have had a few appointments with other doctors there and they too were nothing but extremely helpful and reliable.
Dr Sukumar and his team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had been seeing another doctor for 5 years but my symptoms got worse and was told " I don't know" .
Within 2 visits to Dr Sukumar, he had me off to the right specialists, saved my vision and brain. I can not thank him enough and I am on recovery journey.
The reception team are great and highly professional. They know when your up for a chat in the waiting area and when your not.
Best medical centre I have ever used.

If I could give a minus review I would. My husband made an appointment regarding his mental health after discharging from the defence. He spent weeks talking with the receptionists and staff to ensure that he could transition and work with them. The day prior they advised that they had decided not to take him on as a patient. Absolutely shocking considering he was going to see them regarding mental health. Do not trust this practice with your family health.
