Moved to narangba doctors recently after my regular doctor moved clinic. The clinic is clean, fancy and big. Reception staff are nice and easy to deal with.
I would like to give a big shout out to Dr Christian who is their new doctor there from my old clinic whom I have loyally followed to Narangba. (Along with a lot of other patients it seems)
Christian is bubbly, friendly, patient, kind and a fantastic listener. All things you want in your GP. He listens to all my concerns and then comes up with a plan to help with every single one of them. I will forever recommend Christian to every person I meet.

Both myself and my partner have had terrible experiences here independently on multiple occasions. When my partner went the doctor was extremely unprofessional and pressured her to disclose personal private information that they were not allowed to request. On top of that, they refused to download her documents from another clinic, even though they had access to them, saying she had to pay them a fee to transfer them across. Reception staff were dismissive, and it was only after the third attempt calling that we got a someone kind who said they can absolutely get the files on their system all along. There is more to say from both our individual experiences, but suffice it to say I am extremely unhappy and will never be going back.

I've been going to Narangba Doctors for two years and it's been a lovely experience. Dr. Shenoy is amazing, very understanding and caring. I saw Dr. Konda when I couldn't see my usual doctor and she was fantastic too. I appreciate them, the nurses, and the admin team so much, they've all been wonderful.

I have had a great experience with this practice. The receptionists do an impressive job given how busy it always is! I suffer from dreadful anxiety with the doctors and it is nice to have finally found a caring doctor in Dr Langton.

I will say I will only go to her as I did have a bad experience with another doctor there awhile ago who dismissed me, did no testing and gave me antibiotics for something that didn’t require them so maybe it does depend on who you see.

Absolute cash grab.
I originally made an appointment with one of the drs to get my b12 done. I was then passed to the nurse that works at the clinic to get my injection done.
She advised me I can leave my remaining 2 vials with her and just book an appointment with her in 3 months time to get the next injection.
I called the clinic last week and the receptionist who was quite abrupt with me on the phone told me no I had to book with the gp and couldn't just see the nurse... yeah sure no worries I'll just pay $80 for a 2 second conversation with the dr as she walks me to the nurse to do the injection. I won't be back. Greedy clinic

From the medical receptionists, to the nurses and doctors I can't fault this clinic. Dr Michelle Bond is so kind and caring and goes above and beyond for her patients. My family and I have seen other doctors as well and found them all to be helpful and competent. I recently had to have unexpected surgery and the medical receptionists were going out of their way to help coordinate appointments for me to book in scans etc. They also accommodated me at short notice post surgery to have dressings changed. I have found everyone helpful and caring.

I have seen 3 GPs from this practice and they are all highly competent, compassionate and professional. Reception staff are also friendly. Only downsides are sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the service provided is substantially better than what I have received at other completely bulk-billed clinics (like the Burpengary Family Practice), to which I will not be returning. Thank you, Narangba Doctors.
