Went there at 5:15 and they were closed, hours say that they are open until 5:30. No duty of care.

Hi, I had a negative experience at your store yesterday. I popped in quickly before closing to pick up a prescription I needed before Christmas.

Granted, I wasn’t presented in the best way but this is Nambucca. I’ve been treated with more respect dressed like this in the north-eastern suburbs of Sydney. I went to hand my prescription to the person at the counter and she informed me that it was too early to fill my prescription (based on original dosage that was increased at the direction of my physician). During the course of the conversation, I assume that the woman serving me thought I was claiming benefits (nothing wrong with that, but I wasn’t asked) and I was told that I’d ’need to pay’.

Now, despite my outward presentation, I’ve worked full-time for over 8 years. I almost didn’t get my required prescription before Christmas because of the worker’s assumption. I would hope that next time I am at least asked if I even hold a concession card of some description before it’s assumed that I’m unable to pay for a product I am purchasing from your store.

I went on to spend close to $100 in your store with other items I needed to pick-up. I’m happy to take my custom elsewhere in future if it continues. Thank you
