My family and I have been this practice’s patients for 12 years. I see Dr Alicia Lorenz, my partner sees Dr Andrew Wall and our son-Dr Ben Tay. We all are very happy with our GPs. Dr Lorenz is highly competent, professional, empathetic and efficient. I am very grateful for her care and treatment. The reception staff are friendly, effective and kind. Considering we’re supposed to be sick when we go I always have a good laugh with the nurse,I think she enjoys sticking the needle in me and Rod is very relaxing to communicate with and the receptionist is very helpful as you enter

I've been a patient at this medical centre for over 10 years and the doctors, nurses and admin staff are consistently professional, patient, helpful and welcoming each time. If I can't get into my regular GP, and have had to see another Dr, each experience has been fantastic. The Drs are thorough, welcoming, possess great communication and display compassion and genuine care. Admin/reception staff are always lovely, helpful and so professional.

Isabella “Bella” your nurse talks to patients about how bad the management is and also talks badly of other nurses especially the one coming back from leave that is “taking her job”. She said she has been constantly looking for other jobs and can’t wait to leave. Very unprofessional in my eyes talking to patients of this nature. Dont enjoy my experience at all due to this.

Dr Asma Hafeez helped me through the transition when I became realistic and realised I could no longer work after cancer. I had plans after my treatment but a year after treatment I started having a whole range of symptoms I did not expect. She helped me through this transition as well as a second cancer scare. She is very thorough, empathetic, nonjudgmental and very easy to talk to. She was my GP only for a short time and when I left, I felt this doctor had gone out of her way to know me. I highly recommend this doctor.
