Had a telehealth appointment with the nurse practitioner through bulkbilling.doctor. I asked her to send me a medical certificate and she never did. I emailed them twice about it, I texted, I tried to message through the online chat and I've gotten no response. I'm now going to miss out on sick leave, so I'm angry. I also want to add that the nurse practitioner was 3 hours late for our appointment, and the person on chat took 30 minutes to respond to me. Will never be using this service again.

Their newest unlimited bulk-billed telehealth consults are such a big help. One just needs to do one in-person appointment at the clinic, in 12 months.

Sucks. Went in there for a simple test. The doctor told me to come back in 2 weeks to do the test since he couldn't do it on the first consultation for some reason. I came back only to be told that I need to come back once a week for 6 more weeks before he'd do it. Didn't seem to be interested in my problem in the first place. Waste of my time. Just tell me you're not interested and I'll go somewhere else.
