Absolutely love my time here! Stefanie took the time to ask and listen to my intention/outcomes I was hoping from our session. She then walked me through the processes and explained everything in detail. My session started with a beautiful relaxing infrared session to warm and flush out toxins followed by some breath work and healing 🌒✨ Stef also popped my dry needling cherry 😂 left feeling incredible and will book again! Stef is an absolute LEGEND! I've been seeing Stef for persistent pain for over a year now and can easily say that she is hands down the best Myotherapist I have seen. Stef has a very holistic care approach to her practice and is very thoughtful and intentional in so many details - applying eye masks for comfort, essential oil blends and always making sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire session.

I highly recommend doing the 30 minute InfraRed Sauna followed by a 90 minute myotherapy session for optimal relaxation. Unfortunately, I have recently moved house and am no longer in Stef's neighbourhood, but I still drive 3 hours just to see Stef because she's that good! She even has delicious fig bars for the car ride home. Cannot wait for my next session with Stef! 😀
