Listen , understand and help. But yes. I understand you have to close. Time to go home and laugh of me because I asked for help. My surprise I was talking with the doctor.
The worst kind of person that I have meet before, how its possible having this kind of behaviour being a doctor man. Shame on you.

Dr Gavin Williams (Dr Gav) and Dr Karley Hayworth are both fantastic. My children adore Dr Gav and he is really great at explaining his diagnosis and treatment plans. He has been spot on every time. Dr Karley is lovely and never feel rushed through, she asks lots of relevant questions and I feel very looked after. It is so lovely to have Doctors that we can trust. We wouldn't go anywhere else. I have referred quite a few friends now (mainly with newborn or young children) and they have raved about Dr Gav and won't go anywhere else either. This is now our family practice.

Dr Gav is the best doctor I have had. After many years of living in different cities it's been hard to have a regular GP. If I can help it, I won't be changing doctors. He is straight to the point and incredibly thorough. No question, if you need a Dr, he's your man.

Dr Sharon is one of the most unpleasant, awful, insulting women I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Absolutely rubbish doctor with no helpful diagnostic abilities.
Dr Gav is a nice enough guy, but a pity he hires such disastrous staff to work in his business. The receptionist is the most vapid human on the planet who is too busy grooming her nails and thinking about unicorns to worry about making correct appointments - hence we have wasted an entire day by waiting for an appointment that was actually never booked in - thanks to her fantastic inability to do the simplest of tasks. We certainly won't be back.

This is a great practice.

Rather than being like the McDonalds on medicine that places like medical centres are, which try to make as much money as possible by scheduling as many patients as possible, the scheduling seems to be done in a way that is not overloaded.

I've only had to wait a maximum of 15 mins for an appointment ever, whereas other practices I've had to wait up to 1.5 hours in the waiting room.

The demeanour of the doctors are professional yet personable. Information and rationale are given for decisions made by the doctors - I haven't ever felt like I was cattle class.

Dr Gav is straight to business with no mucking around, but done with a sense of humour, which is good with the kids.

Excellent local practice with two great doctors Dr Gav & Dr Simone, very helpful and professional. All staff friendly and helpful, I am glad I discovered this practice after my long term Doctor retired, I would recommend.

A friend recommended Dr Sharron Davis and I'm so glad she did. Not only is she a brilliant GP and incredibly well informed but she is really lovely too. I have switched over my whole family to this practice. What a find!

Dr Gav works hard to get to the base cause of an issue. If you want permanent, low/no pharmaceutical solutions then Dr Gav's your choice.
