Dr. Connor is an exceptional physician who provided me with outstanding care for many years. While I'm sad to see him leave this clinic, I wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

His unwavering professionalism and genuine empathy for his patients set Dr. Connor apart. He never rushed through appointments, always taking the time to listen attentively and address my concerns thoroughly.

Though I won't be searching for a new GP, I can't help but mention that Dr. Connor has moved his practice. For those who value the exceptional care he provides, I highly recommend following him to his new location.

I will no longer be attending this clinic as they lost the reason why I participated in this clinic in the first place.

OLD REVIEW (3 years ago):
I have been seeing Dr. Connor since he started at Brisbane GP Clinic and Travel Clinic and and was saddened that he has moved to this one. I live in the Valley area so the Spring Hill clinic is the closer of the 2. I then tried other GP's but nothing would compare to the professionalism and the empathy Dr Connor has for his patients (and me). I never feel rushed with my appointments and feel that he actually cares and takes his time to address my concerns.

Now, I do not mind travelling the extra 15 minutes to consult with Dr. Connor for any of my medical issues. I have been browsing for Doctors for a while and he is fairly young so hopefully he doesn't retire any time soon!

I would like to thank the friendly and professional staff of this great clinic; Sasha the receptionist and Meagan the nurse.

The location of this clinic is great too as it's settled in a small centre with a bakery, bottle-o, pharmacy, butcher, newsagent and more.

Highly recommended!

PS: I love that this clinic also have a sea water aquarium! A+!

I just moved to the area and after reading the good reviews about this clinic I booked an appointment with Dr Nathan as I’ve been experiencing a lot of pain after a car accident.

After my appointment I needed a simple form to be filled out in order for me to get the treatments and scans referred by him covered by insurance.

I experienced such an appalling and unprofessional behavior from Dr Nathan and the reception staff.

I called many times for about a week and sent three emails to the reception as well explaining the situation.
I was totally ignored and constantly being told “Dr Nathan is busy with patients, he will want you to book another appointment but we will let you know”.

Dr Nathan only cares about making money and people keeping booking appointments.
He sees patients as cash cowes and nothing more.

The staff don’t know how to do their job and don’t call back or respond to emails despite knowing about the urgent situation and the pain I’m experiencing!
The lack of compassion and customer service is astonishing.

I will never return or recommend this clinic to anyone.

You should be totally ashamed of yourself!

Booked an appointment for my daughter (who’s been going to the previous location for years) and after waiting for over an hour was told the receptionist forgot to mark us as arrived. Waited another 45mins to be told that they forgot we were here. Went to the pathology to get my daughter’s bloods done to be told they don’t do paediatrics there. After all this had to pay for parking because we exceeded the 2 hr limit. Probably best to find another medical centre with competent staff.

The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is beautiful, making it easy to relax.

If you’re looking for a Doctor that is personable, professional, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable, I highly recommend seeing Dr Nathan Ruge, and the lovely staff at Shaw Road Medical Centre.

I have always had a pleasant experience visiting Dr Martin at Shaw Road Medical Surgery. I have been able to get appointments when needed and have been seen on time. Dr. Adam Currey is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He has been out GP for over 5 years and I highly recommend you visit and get to know him. I pretty much lost all hope in finding a doctor that listens, understands, provides help and is always happy to trust his patients and improving their quality of life.
