I took my boys to My Local Doc Caloundra for their catch up vaccinations. We were lucky enough to have Nurse Cristina helping us out. She was PHENOMENAL! I was dreading getting the shots done but she was so calm and collected and made my boys feel right at home. There were ZERO tears! She was the most kind and caring nurse I have ever experienced. Dr Moni Kami also came in to assist and was just an absolute gem! Really grateful to have dealt with people who clearly have a passion for their work and for their patients. Thank you Cristina and Dr Moni for making such a stressful time, SO easy!

I changed my doctor and heard good reviews about my local doc Caloundra. Best move I made. So efficient so caring in all aspects pathologist, reception and my Dr Morgan O'Brien. He couldn't have explained my condition in the most easy understanding way. He made sure before I left that I had asked him all the questions I thought I needed to. He didn't rush me. Currently on holiday in Caloundra with the family. Took our 2yo daughter there after her unwellness worsened. Was lucky enough to snag the last available appointment of the day. But, the doctor was so caring and understanding of her irritability of feeling unwell and taking the time with her and not leaving us feeling like being in a rush. He took great care of diagnosing her and giving us post appointment guidance and re-assurance.

Best doctors practice around. From the beginning you get amazing service from receptionists answering the phone promptly and being so friendly and helpful. To the doctors that are also so friendly caring have time to listen and help. Have seen doctor Moni with my son and he was just wonderful clearly knows how to work with children made my son feel so comfortable and laugh 😂.
Seen doctor Shayne for myself she was great really kind and helpful. Also saw dr Morgan with my newborn and he was so sweet clearly loves children very caring doctor gave my son his immunizations with the nurse Christina who is just beautiful kind nurse she was really kind and going out of her way to make sure I was ok and helping me. Just blown away with the team here so very glad this is now my doctors and I left my previous one as this is certainly the best.

Being new to the area it was difficult to find a good Doctor taking on new patients. Dr Shayne Hammond is great. Very pleased to have found her. She listens, takes action and very friendly and caring. Only had to wait 1 week for an initial appointment, that's amazing! Now my go-to GP.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at my localDoc The staff are incredibly nice and always go above and beyond to help when I need it. My doctor has a busy schedule but consistently finds time to assist me in coordinating care with other specialists. Dr. Dave is particularly passionate about his work and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the support and care I receive here!

The two doctors I have seen are great but when I tried to book a Telehealth consultation with the doctor who sent me for tests and to a specialist, the receptionist told me I couldn’t see him because he wasn’t taking new patients. I’m not a new patient. I’ve had two previous Telehealth appointments with him. This is the second time the staff at this clinic have been deliberately obstructive. Last time there was a problem the manager stepped in and worked hard to resolve the issue but I want no further contact with a business that can’t seem to understand that their business is healthcare. I gave this business a second chance and deleted my original review. I won’t be doing that again. Walking away.
