The 3 ladies at the front desk were 100% professional and absolutely genuine and friendly, Dr Rubio was very professional polite friendly and very understanding and patient with me. Also the lady that took my blood was the same professional & friendly. These lovely people have made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, I couldn't be happier with my experience at MyLocalDoc at Beerwah Thank you

The online booking system works great! All the doctors are excellent, cannot fault any of them at all! I needed to be seen by a GP at last minute and was given a same day appointment so couldn't ask for more. All the Reception and Nursing staff have always been kind and helpful along the way also ☺️

Honestly the best GP experience I've had. The staff at reception are really friendly, the nurses take extra care with you, the Drs really make you feel like they can help and have amazing bedside manner.
The whole place is clean, calm, and makes you feel well taken care of.

I’ve been going to this practice for over 3 years and find it to be a hit and miss. Some appointments the doctor is attentive and caring other times very dismissive. My last two appointments the doctor ended up talking about irrelevant subjects or leaving mid appointment to attend to another - and I got charged for a long consultation yet I barely got to speak for 5 minutes. When I asked for a specific referral I was referred to the wrong specialist…
It is concerning when your not being heard and have a doctor going off on their own tangent and your not well enough or have the strength to advocate for yourself. Please be mindful doctors and take the time to really listen. Thank you.

Always a positive experience, open clean waiting rooms, reception staff couldn't be more helpful and in my experience the appointments usually run on time within a reasonable window. Great Doctor with good follow up

Lovely new looking clinic hidden at the back of a central building overlooking parklands. Serene and private location with undercover parking.
Reception was short and disinterested initially but provided some useful first aid and was seen to warm over time. Understandable if they weren't planning on working the first day of the New Year. I appreciate the clinic was open and had available appointments at this tricky time of year.
What was surprising was that the 'doctor' I had made my appointment with wasn't a registered doctor so couldn't help me. A surprising waste of everyone's, particularly, my time.

Phoned Doctor for a Tele chat was sent a text saying what time Doctor would call spoke to him and he sms the scripts so easy now just take to chemist. If you can’t get to the doctor I would certainly recommend this way
