Dr. Theresa Armstrolng is an exceptional doctor—she truly listens, shows deep compassion, and provides outstanding care. It’s rare to find a doctor who makes you feel heard and valued, and she does just that.

And Tina, the nurse—what can I say? She’s simply fantastic! Incredibly professional, kind, and gentle, especially when giving needles. She takes the utmost care, making even the most nervous patient feel at ease.

Dr Wong was recommended by my previous long-time GP who has now retired. All in all a very pleasant experience. The clinic has a large TV screen playing beautifully relaxing music and animal videos. Took my mind completely off everything!! The Receptionist also has a very professional and respectful attitude. All in all good value. Thankyou MLD 😊

I was a patient of this clinic because of Dr. Mark Goss but apparently when he left he took all the decency with him. He used to bulk bill on pretty short appointments and quick follow ups.
This week I got a phone call from this clinic saying the doctor wanted to discuss an exam I did. I then scheduled a telehealth appointment. The doctor called me asking "what can I do for you?" I said that apparently she wanted to talk to me about my exam. She didn't record so she probably went through my file and told me my exam is fine and I don't have to do anything. It all took less than 3 minutes. Less than a few minutes I got a call from the reception asking my card to pay for a $60 appointment. I explain that I didn't think it was a proper appointment and asked to be bulk billed. They said no and that the doctor had provided a service. This is utterly disgusting. Using the practice of medicine to exploit patients and treat them as cash cows. I will never put my feet at this scam house again......

Beautiful clinic, with very friendly receptionist and low wait time. Dr Wong is an excellent practitioner, extremely calm and thorough. Highly recommend.

I had booked a last minute appointment as my usual doctor had no availability and was nervous my concerns wouldn't be taken seriously.

But the doctor I saw really listened to me and provided me with a good plan, great advice and made me feel at ease.

The receptionist was also super friendly and mindful of anyone waiting.

The clinic itself has a nice visual environment, very modern.

The last 3 times I have attended this practice I have had to wait 30-40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Today I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time, only to be told that they not perform skin checks even though I mentioned this in my appointment booking, and it said in the website that they do. I was then also charged for the appointment? Very poor experience and certainly will not be back
