Mylestones Beenleigh goes above and beyond and I can't thank them enough!

Danelle (intake officer) has been so supportive from the start.
She organised and met up with me at the Springwood Community Centre to enrol into a free lifestyle course run by Naomi, to help get my life/ mental health back on track.

Then I went under guidance with Doug, as he helps with mental health.

Doug supported me the whole time while I returned to work and not only would he ring/txt to check up and see how I was going, he also organised and drove me to Logan mental health when my mental health declined again and I needed help and couldn't do it by myself - that support I never expected from an employment agency and this I will always be appreciative and very thankful for.

I cannot thank these 2 wonderful humans enough for their support and help!

It may be their job but to someone like me it meant so much having people who listened, cared and also helped.

I would still be with Mylestones but I have since moved interstate.

Prior to signing up with Mylestones Beenleigh - Disability Employment Services, I was feeling quite unmotivated and had lost my happy-go-lucky attitude. I contacted Danelle Green, the intake officer for Mylestones Employment Beenleigh after being dissatisfied with my previous DES provider for career advice and general information about applying for jobs I am interested in.

Danelle helped me make my resume look better since it was a bit messy, she also gave me information on Logan Jobs and other job sites to look for employment, and general tips for approaching an employer with a resume and cover letter.

If you are unhappy with your current DES provider, consider Mylestones Beenleigh. I have found them to be the most reliable DES provider I have ever dealt with over the course of using DES services to locate the right job.

One thing I don’t get about the Beenleigh branch is why look after clients from Browns Plains especially when they are short staffed. This is very stressing on clients especially the fact we are dealing with and talking to strangers over the phone and the fact we haven’t met these people before. Seriously Mylestones you owe me big time for affecting my mental health since 2021 and Martin you horrible lazy person who never stood up for me, lie to me and gaslight me.

Mylestones Beenleigh have been a tremendous help in supporting all your needs. Daniela who is a case co-ordinator has been nothing but helpful since the beginning. From helping to get you in your desired career or helping you find what is right for you and also help fund any necessary items or licences that you may need to help you advance. Most of all, regardless of your background or situation, Daniela always made you feel that your well being is the main priority and always treated you with respect.
In any case she & Mylestones will always help or give any type of support to further your opportunities.
I highly recommend Mylestones as they will always be supportive and helpful in getting you into the right direction.

This wonderful service has been nothing but kind, understanding and incredibly helpful. Hi i regersted at Mylestone office in Beenleigh and on the second week with them. The 2nd week with them i got a call to see if i would be interested to do some work with a company. after being at other employment agencies i was blown away how quick they were at placements.
