Kim was lovely but 1 of the cleaners wiped the toilet then proceeded to wipe the sink. Also wiped the garbage bin and then the fridge door. Used a knife which made loud scratching noises to clean the glass shelf in fridge. Woman washing mum was a bit rough and fast. Some were nice but it always seemed to be a headache.

I am very happy with my Gardner & Lawn Mowing James does and excellent job. As far as the cleaner will give her a little longer for review. My case manager only met once and have been with myHomecare since early February. The girls in accounts are very lovely to talk to.

Currently very happy with my provider Sue Mann. Initially, I had a run of temporary care workers (all quite good), but now I am seeing regular workers the quality of my experience and satisfaction has definately increased. I would like to give a special mention to Kaela who provides me with cleaning and home help. She is always a joy to have around and is always willing, cheerful and reliable.

I am so disappointed with My Home Care Sunshine Coast agency.
Every 2 weeks I have to have a 2 hour domestic clean assistant and every fortnight the time gets changed without notice. I have to check into the app every single day because it changes that much that it's just ridiculous. I have medical appointments 5 days a week because of my injuries.
Not happy.

This company are packed with Angels, this COVID period has been so tough for my mother and being unable to see her family. the myHomecare team have been a family for her, the staff have checked in with her constantly and their visits are the highlight of her week.
If you want someone on the Coast that genuinely cares I couldnt recommend them enough

I live in WA and my dad is in NSW. My dads case manager Christy goes above and beyond. Always available and effecient in all her implementation of services and changes. Thank you. A definate asset to any company and family involved with her. Dads carers also get a mention here Lyn and Janine both amazing ladies. Dads life is so much better with these ladies genuinly caring for his wellbeing.

Came to these guys via Enrich Living and cant speak highly enough of them. I moved my father to the Central Coast and they were so nice, knew the area and made things so smooth. Michelle was the nicest ever and I completely trust my fathers care with her.

Do not use this organisation for your home care packages. Got an email from accounts department and said 'get off her back'. Take in excess of 6 weeks to pay your supports. Refuse to reimburse many items and leave clients out of pockets eg repairs. Clients are expected to have no heating or cooking facilities if they need break. Have money in packages and unable to access. Go elsewhere. So sorry for ever changing. Statements take 2 months to come out, so this makes it impossible to budget.
