Dr James Kolb was really thorough and knowledgeable during my session with him. He was client-centered and gave helpful treatment advice. The center is also located in a very convenient location and the reception staff are helpful and efficient - they even call to give a heads up if doctors are running late so you don’t have to sit there waiting for long.

I have tried many clinics in Sydney, but this one stands out for its comfortable environment. Dr. Cindy is very warm and attentive, whether dealing with routine or urgent medical issues. She explains everything with great patience. I highly recommend her for women, the elderly, and children.

I always have good experience when consulting with Dr Irina & Dr Belinda. They are very knowledgeable and caring. Took GP shared care for both of my kids with Dr Belinda. Depending on their schedule and time slot, all of my family members always consult with them. Highly recommended!

They'll do what needs to be done, but I don't expect a great deal of personal care there. That being said, I was surprised when I saw Dr. Karen Ho for a follow-up visit after a cancer diagnosis. Previously, Dr. Ho advised me not to wait longer than 2 months to see a specialist. Luckily, I went to a specialist much sooner, as waiting 2 months would have been too long. During my follow-up visit after a major surgery, Dr. Ho didn't ask how I was feeling or express any personal interest or concern for me. She looked at the screen most of the time, processed the paperwork, and sent me to the nurse for a vaccine.

The nurse then approached me with a needle without checking my name or the vaccine I was receiving. When I provided these details, she answered, "That's why you're here, aren't you?" On the way out, the nurse didn't mention that I needed to stay in the waiting room for a while. When I asked, she confirmed.

I only had one other serious situation when I visited this clinic, and Dr. Belinda Woo was very caring then. Unfortunately, she is usually booked long in advance.

If you are seeing a specialist there, the reception will be very diligent in ensuring that you have paid your bill days in advance.

I've been going to MyHealth Zetland for 9 years. I've always found the doctors professional and very helpful and I feel I'm in good hands. The people at the front desk are very hard-working and responsive.
My current Doctor, Karen Ho, is knowledgeable, considerate and I feel safe in her hands.
